At Dee Silks, we take pride in offering premium silk sarees, fabrics, and ethnic wear. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- A return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, invoices, and accessories must be included.
- Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer:
- An exchange for another product of equal value.
- Store credit.
- A refund, where applicable.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Sarees or fabrics that have been stitched, altered, or fall-pico completed at the customer's request.
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless received damaged or defective).
- Gift cards or digital products, if applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number along with clear photographs and an unboxing video, if available.
- Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Failure to report the issue within the specified timeframe may affect eligibility for a claim.
Return Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the request.
- Wait for return authorization from Dee Silks.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Ship the item using the instructions provided by our support team.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Dee Silks will bear the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, gift wrapping charges, cash-on-delivery fees, and other service charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Customized, altered, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled after production or customization has begun.
Important Notes
- Slight variations in color, weave, texture, embroidery, or design are inherent characteristics of handcrafted silk products and are not considered manufacturing defects.
- Product colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, and photography.
- Dee Silks reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
